We usually ship products within a few days (7-14 business days) from the time receiving the order.
If you receive merchandise that is damaged, please call our Customer Service Department immediately at (866) 839-3003 or via E-Mail b2b@efigil.com . Video Tapes / Games / Books / poster / Framed Artwork You may return these items for EXCHANGE ONLY if they are defective. If so, indicate where the defect lies and upon verification, replacement of same item will be issued.
Some items are identified as special order ONLY. These items may NOT be returned for any reason except defective or damaged product upon your receipt of said product. We must receive your advise of such damage with 48 hours of your receipt of said product. 15% restocking costs (Not less then 7 US$ per item) will be charged and applied to any refund / cancellation.
Pricing mentioned on this website does NOT include any local taxes or duties that might levy on a shipment outside the USA. Every international shipment is accompanied by a customs document that indicates the contents and it's value.
